The Zomer Motorsport engineers are specialized in the development of high performing engines and racing parts. After so many years they carry the experiance to know how to design parts with a very well reliability and performance balance. For the design of the ZMS engine parts we cooperate together with a selection of the best manufacturers for racing parts in the world.

For the development of the ZMS racing parts we make use of Ricaro simulation software. High advanced software packages allows us to digitalize parts or even a complete engine for a virtual test. This is how we develop and fine-tune your racing parts to the ultimate design. Different to the past we now know upfront the estimated performance of a part, which safes us and you as customer costly and time consuming dyno research work.

CUSTOM MADE 3D- PRINT PARTS

In the past years, the use of 3D printed parts has increased considerably. Today engineers often use this technique to produce parts for the ZMS race engines. 3D printing gives an almost unlimited freedom to design any part to any shape. The ZMS 3D parts are printed with a special selected and reinforced filament that is resistant to high temperatures to survive under the most extreme and conditions. No compromise in shape, ultralight, maximum performance, and reliability!

CUSTOM MADE ELEKTRONICS PACKAGE

After the open ECU systems entered the car-sports, the use of high-end electronic relays systems to control the operator devices has grown rapidly.
Therefore, in addition to engine management systems and engine wire looms, Zomer also provides custom-made solutions for the power wireloom in your car. Digital power boxes, without vulnerable moving parts, can be programmed and controlled by the ZMS switch panel box. All systems will be connected and integrated to each other over CAN using the ZMS CAN protocol. Because the communication from ECU management to the ZMS powerbox and possible existing data systems runs over CAN, relatively little cabling is required.
ZMS also offers solutions for making cable harnesses and controlling pedel shift transmissions. The electronics packages are developed, designed and programmed by our engineers up to your wishes. Customization, without concessions for the best end result.
